Since the 2020 season, the Association des Stations de Ski du Québec has mandated us to activate their promotional space for initiation to skiing or snowboarding during the Montreal Snow Festival and Winterlude in Gatineau. We have thus provided 10 agents at each site so that they could offer all participating children their first experience of skiing. Winter activities carried out outdoors are always a recruiting and organizational challenge for our managers so that agents can still work in the best possible conditions. We also supported their efforts during the tour of elementary schools during the Covid-19 period where the activities took place in the gymnasiums.
