La Ronde, surveys

With Six Flag, Promo-Staff's mission for many years has been to recruit and train a team of surveyors every day of the La Ronde season (6 months) to collect daily data as well as emails through amusement park customer surveys.  With very specific daily but also weekly objectives over such a long period, our coordinators must offer continuous coaching to our agents but also incentives to keep them motivated throughout the season. Quite a challenge for our management team!
